Strataco has been in business since 1971.

We have a current staff complement of 23:

• 10 strata managers
• 6 accounting personnel
• 7 administrative personnel

More than half of our staff have been with us for over 10 years. Lower staff turnover means less disruption for our clients and a knowledge base upon which our clients can rely (not only about their particular corporation but about management practices in general).

Our strata managers manage a maximum of 12 strata corporations. This low ratio means more personal attention to their clients and twice-weekly visitations to the property.

Strataco has no subsidiary companies for building maintenance, landscaping, rental management—no conflicts of interest and no self-dealing.

We are fully computerized.

All our staff are bonded.
