Our Philosophy: We believe that a Strata Council sets policies and that our role is to implement its policies. It is key that Council is well informed, so Strataco puts special emphasis on providing each Council member with a full agenda and supporting documentation in advance of each Council meeting. We research all issues before council, so we can provide Council with the means to solve issues, not dwell on problems.
Our Experience: We’ve been in business since 1972. The three owners of the company each have 20 years or more experience in the condominium management industry in the Lower Mainland. Each is involved in the hands-on management of our portfolio clients. Backing up the principals of the company is an experienced and dedicated group of strata managers and support staff. The Strataco team is second to none.
About The Owners: Hands-On, Experienced Ownership - Strataco’s two principals each have extensive experience providing management services to condominiums in the Lower Mainland. Their high level of involvement on a daily basis in providing services to our clients is a measure of Strataco’s commitment to the stratas it manages.
Our Integrity: We are independently owned. Unlike so many of our competitors, we assiduously avoid potential conflicts of interest that can compromise our independence and the service we provide to our clients. We are not involved in the sale of real estate. We have no financial interest in any of the service contractors we employ.
Our Management Systems: The unique management systems we have put in place and our ongoing investment in our in-house systems set Strataco apart. Our service standards are embedded in our management and administrative processes and are executed by experienced strata managers. Unlike so many firms, the service we provide to clients is not solely dependent on the capabilities of the project’s strata manager. When a manager changes in one of our managed stratas, the service we provide remains consistent.
Our Client Systems: Our financial and administration systems are designed with our client’s needs in mind. Every client in our portfolio has its own bank account; their funds are not co-mingled in a general clearing account. Our clients thus receive the full interest earned on their monies. As well, all correspondence for every strata is sent out on their own letterhead, so that their image, not ours, is enhanced.
